		<description>The guaranteed angel investment scheme you describe sounds incredibly attractive. If it existed, I would probably take advantage of it.

In fact, it already does exist, albeit in a slightly different form. One could argue that any rational angel investor in Singapore should incorporate as an iJam incubator. Put government money into the startup, keep all the upside. Why aren&#039;t more people doing it?</description>
